Revolutio Revolutio

Connect Revolutio to Grok

Add Revolutio as a custom connector on grok.com. You sign in once through your Revolutio account.

How it works

Grok talks to Revolutio over the Model Context Protocol using a secure OAuth 2.1 connection. You authorise Grok once through a sign-in flow, and Grok receives a token to call Revolutio on your behalf.

Prerequisites

On Grok Business or Grok Enterprise, a team admin adds the server first. In console.x.ai, open Grok Business → Connectors, choose + Add Connector, select Other, and enter https://mcp.revolutio.systems/mcp. Each person then connects their own Revolutio account with the steps below.

Connect Revolutio to Grok

  1. Open grok.com/connectors.
  2. Click New Connector, then Custom. Do not pick a catalog app.
  3. If Grok asks for a name, enter Revolutio. For the server URL, enter https://mcp.revolutio.systems/mcp.
  4. If Grok shows OAuth client ID or client secret fields, leave them blank. Grok registers itself.
  5. Add the connector. A Revolutio sign-in opens.
  6. Sign in to Revolutio with your account email and password. If you are already signed in, this step is skipped.
  7. On the consent screen, click Allow.
Grok then lists the Revolutio tools and can call them in chat. On the phone apps, connectors are under Settings, then Connectors.

Use it

Open a new chat and ask:

"What are my most recent Revolutio cases?"

"How many cases have I created in the last 30 days?"

"Open my KIRKBI case and show me the officers and source documents."

"Look up KIRKBI A/S in Denmark."

"Find the company with registration number 12345678 in the UK."

Grok calls the Revolutio tools, shows what it is doing, and summarises the results in the chat.

Available tools

Tool Purpose Consumes credits?
list_cases List your most recent KYC/KYB cases (target name, jurisdiction, search counts, officer/shareholder counts, timestamps). No
case_details Fetch the full record of a single case from your folio: the target entity (identifiers, addresses, officers, shareholders, relationships), per-search source summaries, and the source documents on file (date retrieved, name, source registry). No
search_company Look up a company in its national registry, the same as a /search API call. Returns the official record (legal name, addresses, officers, shareholders, and the rest of the filing). Yes. Same per-jurisdiction cost as the API.

Disconnect

You can revoke Grok's access from either side:

The connector stops working within seconds. Reconnecting is a repeat of the steps above.

Troubleshooting

Custom is missing, or the URL is rejected

On a Business or Enterprise team, an admin has to add the server in console.x.ai before members see it. The URL has to be the public address https://mcp.revolutio.systems/mcp. Grok rejects localhost and private network addresses.

The connector is added and no tools appear

Sign-in or consent did not finish. Remove Revolutio from grok.com/connectors and add it again.

Sign-in opens and shows "Authorization error"

The OAuth registration went stale. Remove the connector and add it again. Grok registers a fresh client.

Tool calls take several minutes

Some national registries are slow. Hong Kong, the Netherlands when registry credentials are required, and Japan can take 3 to 5 minutes. The search may still finish on Revolutio's side. Check the web app folio after a few minutes, or ask the same question again.

"Insufficient Revolutio credits"

The account is out of credits. Sign in to client.revolutio.systems and go to Settings → Subscription Details. list_cases and case_details do not consume credits. This message applies to search_company.
