Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using any Revolutio service. The Revolutio platform comprises a web application at client.revolutio.systems, a RESTful API at api.revolutio.systems, a Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint at mcp.revolutio.systems, and an iOS application available on the Apple App Store (collectively, the "Service"). Your access to and use of any component of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any component of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides users with the ability to search for company information from official corporate registries in 75+ jurisdictions. Access is offered through four delivery channels:

• Web Application: Browser-based interface at client.revolutio.systems for interactive search, case management, and account administration.
• API: RESTful endpoints for programmatic integration into customer-operated systems (CLM, onboarding workflows, data lakes).
• iOS Application: Native iPhone application available via the Apple App Store for on-device, mobile-first lookups.
• AI Connectors: Authenticated Model Context Protocol (MCP) interface allowing third-party AI assistants (such as Anthropic's Claude) to perform searches on the user's behalf, subject to the user's explicit authorisation.

All channels operate against the same underlying registry infrastructure. Search results, data shape, and accuracy obligations are identical across channels.

3. Purchases and Credits

Use of search functionality requires a balance of "Credits" associated with the user's Revolutio account, with the exception of the iOS application, which uses a separate device-tied credit balance purchased through the Apple In-App Purchase system.

• Web Application, API, and AI Connectors: Credits are purchased through the web application via our payment processor (Stripe) and are pooled at the account level. Credits purchased through any of these channels are usable by all three. AI connector calls draw down the same credit balance as direct API or web application calls.
• iOS Application: Credits are purchased solely through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's payment terms and conditions. iOS Credits are tied to the Apple ID and device and are not interchangeable with web/API/AI-connector credits.
• Non-Refundable: Once Credits are purchased, they are strictly non-refundable, except as provided under Section 4 below or where required by applicable law.
• No Expiry: Purchased Credits do not expire.
• Device Limitation (iOS only): Credits purchased on the iOS application cannot be transferred between devices. If the device is changed or replaced, previously purchased iOS Credits will not be available on the new device.

4. Credit Usage and Refunds

Credits are deducted when a user (or, in the case of AI connectors, an authorised third-party assistant acting on the user's behalf) initiates a search request.

In cases where the search returns:

• Timeout (failure to obtain data due to server or network issue), or
• No Result Found

Credits deducted for these specific events are automatically refunded.

For identifier-lookup functionality (e.g. IDFinder):

• We do not guarantee that the company number or information found is the precise information the user intended to search.
• Credits used for this functionality are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cases where results do not meet the user's expectations.

5. Authentication, Authorisation, and Account Security

Access to authenticated channels (web application, API, AI connectors) requires a Revolutio account.

• API access is authenticated via personal API keys issued from the web application. The user is responsible for keeping API keys confidential and may revoke them at any time.
• AI connector access is authenticated via OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. The user explicitly authorises a third-party client (e.g. Claude) to access their account, and may revoke that authorisation at any time from Settings → Connected Apps in the web application or from the third-party client's own settings.
• iOS application use does not require a Revolutio account.

The user is responsible for all activity occurring under their account, including searches initiated via authorised third-party clients or AI connectors. Revoking an API key or OAuth grant takes effect within seconds.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

Data handling differs by channel. The full Privacy Policy is available at Legal Disclaimer. In summary:

• Web Application and API: We collect account information (email, organisation, contact details), payment metadata, and search history. Each search and each tool call is recorded in an audit log accessible to the account holder.
• AI Connectors: Each tool call is recorded in the same audit log as direct API calls, attributed to the user and the OAuth grant. OAuth tokens are stored as hashes only.
• iOS Application: No personal data of users or payment information is collected, stored, or transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers. No cookies or tracking technologies are employed by the iOS application. No search data, personal information, or usage statistics are stored or shared with any third-party entities. All searches conducted through the iOS application are processed directly and securely on the device.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including data protection laws.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise raw search results obtained via the Service in a manner that effectively reproduces a competing data product.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or per-jurisdiction credit cost mechanisms.
• Use the Service to harass, surveil, or otherwise infringe the rights of natural persons.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically harvest the Service's interfaces beyond the documented API and connector contracts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of this section.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service provides access to external registries operated by third parties globally. We do not review or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information obtained from these registries.

Revolutio explicitly disclaims any liability for inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in the data retrieved through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revolutio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service or the data provided through it.

10. Modifications to the Service

Revolutio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any service component, at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Revolutio will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Revolutio and its developers.

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without explicit written permission from Revolutio.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

15. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Revolutio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Revolutio regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether oral or written.

By using any component of the Revolutio Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
