Revolutio for iPhone Application

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Revolutio application for iOS (the “Application”) operated by Revolutio (“us,” “we,” or “our”). Your access to and use of the Application is conditioned upon your acceptance and compliance with these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Application immediately.
2. Description of Service
The provides users with the ability to search for company information from registries around the world. The Application allows users to purchase credits (“Credits”) via the Apple In-App Purchase system for conducting searches.
3. Purchases and Credits
• Credit Purchase: Credits are purchased solely through Apple’s in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple’s payment terms and conditions.
• Non-Refundable Credits: Once Credits are purchased, they are strictly non-refundable.
• No Expiry: Credits purchased do not expire.
• Device Limitation: Credits cannot be transferred between devices. If the device is changed or replaced, previously purchased Credits will not be available on the new device.
4. Credit Usage and Refunds
Credits are deducted when a user initiates a search request.
In cases where the search returns:
• Timeout (failure to obtain data due to server or network issue)
• No Result Found
Credits deducted for these specific events will be automatically refunded.
However, for functionality to look-up registration numbers:
• We do not guarantee that the company number or information found is the precise information the user intended to search.
• Credits used for this functionality are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cases where results do not meet the user’s expectations.
5. No Data Collection or Third-Party Sharing
Revolutio App is committed to user privacy and data security.
No personal data of users or payment information is collected, stored, or transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers.
No cookies or tracking technologies are employed by Revolutio.
No search data, personal information, or usage statistics are stored or shared with any third-party entities.
All searches conducted through the app are processed directly and securely on your device.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Revolutio Application provides access to external registries globally. We do not review or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information obtained from registries.
Revolutio explicitly disclaims any liability for inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in the data retrieved.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revolutio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Application or the data provided through it.
8. Modifications to the Application
Revolutio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service component, at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
Revolutio will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Application.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Revolutio and its developers.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without explicit written permission from Revolutio.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Revolutio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Revolutio regarding our Application and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether oral or written.
By using the Revolutio Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Application.
